Saw a fabulous YouTube video the other day, where a Southwest airlines attendant delivered the pre-take-off welcome and safety instructions via an entertaining rap. See it here.

It’s a wonderful example of how, if you have the confidence to let employees interact creatively with the people they’re serving, there are real benefits to your brand. I bet every single one of those passengers told at least five friends about the experience.
