We’re spending more and more of our time and energy finding and interviewing people to work at Velocity.
And there aren’t many better uses of our time (except maybe the occasional client project).
Recently, the nice folks at Source LF, a creative communications and media recruitment consultancy, interviewed me about how we hire and what advice I’d give to candidates.
