Liv started in the world of B2B at an integrated marketing and communications agency in the global financial services industry. When she wasn’t helping asset managers build, protect and evolve their brands, she worked on their portfolio companies, which once even included a deep-dive into the world of aquaculture and oysters. She joined Velocity in 2024.

Although she’s got a Canadian passport, Liv is Yorkshire-born and Wiltshire-bred, and has yet to step foot in Canada. If she had the choice, she’d be Italian. Not because she can speak the language (she’s learning) or is good at sitting still (what the Italians describe as “Dolce far Niente”), but because she can’t get enough of the food: eating it, cooking it, dreaming about it. Outside of her life as a Designer, Liv daydreams about her alternate career path as a private chef to herself.
