Lesia (pronounced Le-Sha) didn’t exactly have a linear route to B2B design. She denounced the family trade of PE teaching (being born to TWO PE teachers) and studied Geography (because, field trips) before a stint as an account manager and a full-time studio potter. Her creative calling came when she decided to return to college and study design, and now she brings her rich, varied background to the Velocity team—designing shit hot stuff and helping us read maps.

Lesia grew up in a whirlwind of competition and athletics that has swept into her adult life. Currently training for a triathlon, she’s often spotted running, cycling, or swimming around London, stealthily racing strangers (so watch your back). She also has a deep love of pop culture, speaks gut German, and is usually listening to either heavy techno or ’80s disco. She also enjoys eating lots of dumplings, because dumplings are delicious.
