Joe Carpenter

Joe’s our dev wizard. He “loves a good template” (his words), and when it comes to spinning up a new framework he’s your guy. He put on his development training wheels at Bournemouth University, studying music technology (and creating drum machines in his spare time). From there, he held down various dev jobs before finding a home at Velocity.

When he’s not at his keyboard, he’s either writing sketch comedy or playing guitar in one of his underappreciated bands. But his true value is his local upbringing (down the road in Hampton) which gives him an encyclopedic knowledge of every pub in the area.
